With these brackets it is possible to mount larger brake discs and calipers of a Volvo S40 / V50 T5 AWD on Volvo's of the P80 platform.
This increases the brake discs size from 16 Inch (302 mm) to 16,5 Inch (320 mm).
Assembly parts and instructions are included.
You also need calipers, caliper holders, discs and pads from a Volvo V50, and new brake hoses for 302 mm discs from a Volvo P80 platform.

The larger calipers only fit rims with a minimum size of 17 inches.
The inner diameter of the brake disc, the part that sits on the hub, must be slightly increased. You need to find a garage who can increase this diameter with special tools.
A bolt hole in the caliper holders must also be enlarged with a conical drill. All this is clearly explained and described in the manual if you want more information.
